Here’s a Quick Recap of the Brewery Project So Far!

Step 1: Secured The Space
In 2019 when this journey started, I found the perfect space in a building built in 1955.
After attending the NC Brewers Association Conference I did a ton of research, mapped out the projected expenses, and decided it was worth trying.
So I got a lease agreement for this space in downtown Shelby, North Carolina.

Step 2: Made A Detailed Plan
Now that I had the space I could do my measurements, create the floorplan, and map out every nitty-gritty detail before ever knocking down a single wall.

Step 3: Started Cleaning Out the Space
With a plan ready to go, it was time to pull stuff down and prep to knock out walls. The space was previously a very pink salon space so we had some work ahead of us.
Step 4: Knocked Out Old Walls
This 1940’s space has been used for many things over the years. I had a lot of brickwork to tackle.
